For best use in the kitchen, I suggest printing chapter two and three, as well as any other pages you may find helpful to have with you as you can. Print double sided, or on two-sheets placed back-to-back and laminate if possible. Laminating will allow your sheets to be wiped clean, as well as check marks and notes to be made with a dry erase pen as you go through the canning process.
